Our Florida sun deteriorates the top of the paver and hardscapes, making the surface porous and fades out the beautiful rich colors of the paver. These elements change the overall look of the paver and hurt value tremendously. Sealing stops this process in it's tracks. The process starts with properly cleaning, removing all the organic matter (mold, algae, weeds,efloriense). The sanding is one of the most important steps. When the sand is in the joints the sealant will mix with it to form a grout keeping the pavers stable.
