Our Florida sun deteriorates the top of the paver and hardscapes, making  the  surface porous and fades out the beautiful rich colors of the paver. The humidity and rain take the porous paver and wash away the brittle pieces making the paver pitted. Rain will also remove the sand that keeps the pavers from shifting, moving and floating. These elements change the overall look of the paver and hurt value tremendously. Sealing  stops this process in it's tracks. The process starts with properly cleaning, removing all the organic matter (mold, algae,  weeds,efloriense). The sanding is one of the most important steps. When the sand is in the joints the sealant will mix with it to form a grout keeping the pavers stable. Using commercial Grade sealants to bring ack the pigment on the paver, filling the pourus paver tops along with adding shine, a 4 year UV coating and a constant wet look
